The rules for using Meigen's AI image and video generation services

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Meigen ("Meigen," "we," "us," or "our") and govern your access to and use of meigen.cc, accounts, credits, subscriptions, AI image and video generation workflows, and related services.
By accessing or using Meigen, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be able to enter into a binding agreement to use Meigen. You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping your login credentials secure, and all activity under your account.
You may not share, sell, transfer, or misuse your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create risk for Meigen or other users, or are used for fraud, abuse, or illegal activity.
Meigen provides AI-powered image and video generation tools, prompt workflows, storage, and related creative features. Generation quality, availability, speed, supported models, credit consumption, limits, and output characteristics may vary by model, provider, plan, queue capacity, input material, settings, and system conditions.
AI outputs may be unpredictable, incomplete, inaccurate, offensive, similar to other outputs, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and validating outputs before using, publishing, or relying on them.
We may modify, suspend, replace, limit, or discontinue any model, feature, plan, credit amount, queue priority, or workflow at any time, subject to applicable law and any paid access already promised for the current billing period.
"User Content" includes prompts, uploads, reference materials, settings, generated outputs, feedback, and other content you submit to or create with Meigen.
You retain the rights you have in your User Content. You grant Meigen a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, transmit, reproduce, display, modify, and create technical derivatives of User Content as necessary to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.
You represent and warrant that you have all rights and permissions needed to upload, process, generate, and use User Content, including rights to any images, videos, audio, likenesses, names, brands, copyrighted works, or other third-party materials.
Subject to these Terms, your plan, and applicable law, you may use generated outputs for personal or commercial purposes. We do not guarantee that outputs are unique, copyrightable, trademark-safe, free from third-party claims, or suitable for commercial release.
You may not use Meigen to:
We may remove content, block generations, deduct or restore credits, suspend accounts, or report activity when needed to protect users, third parties, Meigen, or the public.
Meigen may offer free credits, subscriptions, lifetime access, one-time purchases, and credit packages. Credits are usage units for AI generation and related workflows. Credit consumption may vary by model, resolution, quality, duration, queue priority, retries, and provider costs.
Credits have no cash value, are not legal tender, are not transferable, and may expire according to the plan or purchase terms shown at checkout or in your account. Promotional, bonus, trial, or gifted credits may be limited, revoked, or expire earlier.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before renewal. You can manage or cancel subscriptions from the billing page or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewal, but access generally continues until the end of the current billing period.
Payments are processed by Stripe or another payment provider. You authorize us and our payment providers to charge applicable fees, taxes, renewals, and other amounts associated with your selected plan.
Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.
Meigen relies on third-party services for payment, hosting, database, storage, email, analytics, security, AI model processing, and other functions. Your use of Meigen may require these providers to process relevant account, billing, input, output, and technical data.
We are not responsible for third-party services, websites, models, outages, policies, or content, but we work to select providers appropriate for the service.
Meigen is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, exact generation times, specific outputs, model continuity, or error-free operation.
We may perform maintenance, update features, change pricing, adjust credits, or modify these Terms. If changes materially affect your paid service, we will use reasonable efforts to provide notice where required.
You may stop using Meigen at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account or access if you violate these Terms, create legal or security risk, fail to pay amounts due, abuse the service, or if we are required to do so by law.
After termination, some provisions survive, including ownership, payment obligations, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, dispute terms, and any provisions that by their nature should survive.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Meigen disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and reliability.
You use Meigen and any AI outputs at your own risk. You are responsible for human review, legal clearance, rights management, disclosure, and compliance before publishing or using outputs.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Meigen will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost content, business interruption, or loss of goodwill.
Our total liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to Meigen for the service giving rise to the claim during the three months before the event giving rise to liability.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Meigen harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from your User Content, your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
